Refund Policy

At Diagnomitra, we aim to provide a transparent and hassle-free refund experience. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- check_circle The phlebotomist did not visit your location at the scheduled time.
- check_circle The test was cancelled by Diagnomitra or its lab partner.
- check_circle The booking was cancelled by the customer before sample collection was initiated.
- check_circle A duplicate payment was made for the same booking.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be processed in the following cases:
- cancel Sample has already been collected and sent to the lab.
- cancel Cancellation requested after the phlebotomist has arrived at your location.
- cancel Test report has been delivered to the customer.
- cancel Customer was not available at the scheduled time and did not notify us in advance.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us via:

Please include your Booking ID, registered mobile number, and the reason for the refund request.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- info UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card: Refund processed within 5–7 business days
- info Credit Card: Refund processed within 7–10 business days (depends on your bank)
- info Wallet / Diagnomitra Credits: Credited within 24 hours
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled sample collection time. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a full refund.
